ARRESTS
IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Wednesday at 7:49 p.m., Gregory Scott Strout, 28, of Waterville, was arrested on a probation hold and a charge of violating condition of release.
Thursday at 2:38 a.m., Patrick Grant Wyman, 20, of New Portland, was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault and criminal mischief.
