The Anson Board of Selectmen will have a special board meeting at 6 p.m. tonight at the town office.

There are two items on the agenda, an executive session for a personnel matter and a purchase offer on the former town office.

The town office was closed to day-to-day operations in 2012 because of mold and sewer problems and a rodent infestation. At last week’s selectmen’s meeting, the board voted to reduce the price of the building to $40,000. It has been for sale for several months.
