IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Wednesday at 12:05 a.m., Steven A. Recore, 22, of Madison, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct.
9:43 a.m., Charles Alan Quimby, 35, of Smithfield, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.
IN WATERVILLE, Tuesday at 4:25 p.m., James Gifford, 53, of 123 Western Ave., No. 2, was arrested on a warrant at the probation and parole office.
5:17 p.m., Rhianna Twomey, 22, of 64 Harris Ave., Portland, was arrested at Colby College on charges of theft and possession of hypodermic apparatus.
9:22 p.m., Ryan Marden, 28, of 4 Oakdale St., No. 2, was arrested on Main Street on charges of operating after being identified as a habitual offender and violation of conditions of release.
11:35 p.m., Jay McDaniel, 23, of 7 Jabee Lane, Apt. 2, Augusta, was arrested on Victoria Drive on three warrants, operating after suspension and violation of conditions of release.
