Now that there is serious thought going into the revitalization of the Head of Falls, why not move the “sculpture” that is located in the Concourse to that location?

It would improve the flow of traffic in the Concourse, especially during the winter months.

No thought was given to the city’s plow drivers when that work of “art” was put in place.
