ARRESTS
AUGUSTA
Friday at 8:10 p.m., Michelle A. Arbour, 38, of Augusta, was arrested on Water Street on a warrant and charged with operating while license suspended or revoked.
8:40 p.m., Keith R. Casey, 36, of Augusta, was arrested on Washington Street on four warrants.
