Ryan Mosher, 21, of Winslow, was arrested on a charge of possession of scheduled drugs.
Sayward Sweetser, 30, of West Farmington, was arrested on a charge of violating conditions of release.
IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Tuesday at 11:06 a.m., Wade Robert Hoover, 38, of Augusta, was arrested on a writ of habeas corpus.
3:22 p.m., Joshua Lee Vincent, 32, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a warrant for probation revocation.
