IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Wednesday at 3:28 p.m., Philip E. Howard, 29, of Fairfield, was arrested on a charge of violating conditions of release.
4:05 p.m., Franklin Zachary James, 24, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a warrant for unpaid fines or fees.
IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 10:51 p.m., Matthew Alan Hubbard, 35, of South Pond Road, Winslow, was arrested at Wendy’s restaurant on Main Street on two warrants.
3:22 p.m., Elizabeth Ann Lane, 52, of Elizabeth Street, Oakland, was arrested at Waterville District Court on Colby Street.
SUMMONS
