11:08 a.m., Eric E. Hamilton, 44, of Palmyra, was arrested in Palmyra on charges of aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs, trafficking in scheduled drugs and possession of scheduled drugs.
11:10 a.m., Kevin Cookson, 56, of Newport, was arrested on charges of aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs, trafficking in scheduled drugs and possession of scheduled drugs.
5:05 p.m., Nathaniel H. Dupler, 28, of Hollis, New Hampshire, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence and operating vehicle without license.

SUMMONS
