AUGUSTA
Friday at 9:16 a.m., a North Belfast Avenue caller reported fraud.
5:25 p.m., a 31-year-old Augusta woman was charged with operating with a suspended or revoked license, during a traffic stop on Water Street.
7:17 p.m., a 25-year-old Whitefield man was issued a summons charging him with attaching false plates, during a traffic stop on Bridge Street.
Saturday at 12:50 a.m., a Cedar Street caller reported a disturbance.
HALLOWELL
Friday at 4:01 p.m., a 32-year-old Augusta man was issued a summons charging him with operating while his license was suspended or revoked, failure to register vehicle and possession of suspended or fictitious license. The charges followed a traffic stop on Water Street.
ARRESTS
Friday at 5:43 p.m., Eric James Fitzpatrick, 30, of Augusta, was arrested after a disturbance was reported on Winter Street. He was charged with criminal mischief, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and violating condition of release. Augusta police Sgt. Vicente Morris said Fitzpatrick damaged a door to a residence where he was not supposed to be and fled when police arrived. He was found shortly afterward near Western Avenue.
7:35 p.m., Gary Richard Albert, 39, of Augusta, was arrested on Parkview Terrance on a charge of violation of probation after police responded to a report of a disturbance there.
10:17 p.m., Donald Raye Driver, 43, of Augusta, was arrested on Bangor Street on a warrant.
