IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Saturday at 6:29 p.m., Brendon Joseph Richardson, 24, of North Anson, was arrested on four warrants.
10:40 p.m., Steven Ray Bizeau, 49, of St. Albans, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence, operating with suspended registration, possession of a suspended license, operating after suspension, failure to give notice of crash by quickest means and leaving the scene of a personal injury crash.
IN WATERVILLE, Saturday at 5:39 p.m., Kendra L. Ruland, 26, of 150 College Ave., No. 18, was arrested on College Avenue on a warrant.
