IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Thursday at 11:06 a.m., Travis S. Crowley, 34, of Solon, was arrested on a charge of unpaid fines and fees for theft.
11:12 a.m., Carol A. Crowley, 28, of Dresden, was arrested on a charge of unpaid fines and fees for unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs.
