IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Saturday at 11:13 a.m., Luke Jeffrey Lancaster, 39, of Waterville, was arrested on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
2:57 p.m., Tyler Nathan Tatakis, 25, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of refusing to submit to arrest or detention. He also was summoned on charges of driving to endanger and two counts of criminal mischief.
