AUGUSTA — Augusta Police are reporting a head-on crash on North Belfast Avenue near Cross Hill Road.

Reports on emergency radio communication indicated that both vehicles ended up in a roadside ditch, and power was out in the area.

Police say traffic is restricted to one lane in the area. The call came in about 10:45 a.m.
