LEWISBURG, Pa. — Owen Concaugh, a freshman from Oakland, was named to the 2017 fall semester dean’s list at Bucknell University.

A student must earn a grade point average of 3.5 or higher on a scale of 4.0 to earn dean’s list recognition.
