Camden National sponsors student rides, admission to tournaments
CAMDEN — During this year’s state basketball championships, Camden National Bank announced it would be supporting the boys and girls teams within its business area who made it into the 2018 championship games.
The donations were dedicated to making game tickets or bus transportation free for students so they could cheer on their teams. The bank has carried on this tradition for nine years now, and this year it donated over $7,500.
With Camden National Bank’s donation, free tickets and transportation were available for hundreds of Maine high school students who traveled to championship games in Portland, Bangor and Augusta.
