CASTLETON, Vt. — The following area students earned academic honors for the 2018 spring semester at Castleton University.

Kate West, of Thorndike, was named to the president’s list.

To qualify for this highest academic honor, the student must maintain full-time status and a semester grade point average of 4.0.

Area students named to the dean’s list include Mary Franks, of Liberty; Allison Cragin, of Georgia; and Devon Gordon, of Litchfield.

To qualify for this academic honor, the student must maintain full-time status and a semester grade point average of 3.5.
