Waterville Mayor Nick Isgro beat the recall attempt by the narrowest of margins. That means that there are many residents who are upset by his remarks. To be so self-important as to suggest that those people should now pay for the right to express their opinion at the ballot box seems to me to be another of his slaps in the face.
