ARRESTS
IN AUGUSTA, Friday at 12:53 p.m., James Briggs, 18, of Gardiner, was arrested on charges of criminal threatening, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and refusing to submit to arrest after a report of criminal threatening on Medical Center Parkway.
9:34 p.m., Kristy L. Chabot, 37, of Augusta, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence during a traffic stop near Winthrop Street and Wyman Street. Michael A. Theriault, 45, of Augusta, was arrested on an outstanding warrant during the same incident.
11:45 p.m., Justin S. Buker, 29, of Augusta, was arrested on two outstanding warrants after a report of harassment on Western Avenue.
IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Thursday at 9:30 a.m., Jonathan Cummings, 42, of Farmington, was arrested on charges of operating after suspension and violating condition of release.
Friday at 5:55 p.m., Thomas Carlton, 22, of Kingfield, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence.
