IN AUGUSTA, Tuesday at 3:32 p.m., Heath A. Dupont, 46, of Augusta, was arrested on an outstanding warrant after an incident on Chapel Street.
5:14 p.m., Michael Morneault, 22, of Augusta, was arrested on charges of assault and violating conditions of his release after a report of disorderly conduct on Stone Street.
11:35 p.m., Mark E. Murphy, 50, of Palermo, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol and trafficking in prison contraband after police response to a medical rescue on Green Street.
IN HALLOWELL, Tuesday at 3:15 p.m., Adam P. Miller, 42, of Waldoboro, was arrested on two outstanding warrants after he was found on Blaine Road.

SUMMONS
