ARRESTS
IN AUGUSTA, Saturday at 11:12 a.m., Billy Jack Gagnon, 43, of Augusta, was arrested on Buckwood Road and charged with domestic violence assault and obstructing the report of a crime.
7:28 p.m., Stephanie L. Bichrest, 33, of Topsham, was arrested at the intersection of West River and Old Belgrade roads and charged with operating under the influence.
IN HALLOWELL, Sunday at 12:35 a.m., Christopher W. Harge, 42, of Waterville, was arrested on Water Street and charged with operating under the influence.
SUMMONS
IN AUGUSTA, Saturday at 1:48 p.m., a 32-year-old Brunswick man was summonsed on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a registration expired more than 150 days at the intersection of Stone and Cross streets.
