At the March meeting of Madison’s American Legion Tardiff-Belanger Post 39, members celebrated the American Legion’s Birthday of 100 years with cake and ice cream provided by the members of the Tardiff-Belanger American Legion Auxiliary Post 39. Members of the auxiliary presented a donation of the $200 for the Legion’s birthday. Those in attendance included Pat Flanagin, John Bryant, Jim Garland, Jim Saunders, Curt Sanborn, Allen Lessard, Joe Slavinski, Dana Pollis, Gene Tweedie, Gene Dube, Cecil Dow, Gary McLaughlin, Ed Skovish, Dan Oussock, Lou Padula, David Trask, Cmdr, H. Ralph Withee, Raymond Luce, Kathy Lightbody and Ron Page.
