IN AUGUSTA, Wednesday at 12:20 a.m., an 80-year-old Chelsea man was issued a summons on the charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer of less than $500 after a report of a theft on Civic Center Drive.
ARREST
IN AUGUSTA, Wednesday at 8:41 p.m., Benjamin E. York, 57, of Augusta, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and was issued a summons on a charge of terrorizing after a report of a disturbance on Civic Center Drive.
