WINSLOW — A 31-year-old Winslow man was arrested early Saturday on multiple drug charges after his vehicle was stopped by police.
Sean Bourgeois has been charged with aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, operating after suspension and using a counterfeit vehicle inspection sticker.
Bourgeois’ vehicle was stopped at 2:51 a.m. on China Road in Winslow, according to Winslow Chief of Police Leonard Macdaid. Police said as they inspected the vehicle, they found 263 grams of heroin, 112 grams of methamphetamine, 31 grams of cocaine, other prescription drugs, drug processing and packaging materials a hand gun and cash.
“He had a weapon on the front seat of his vehicle of his vehicle and a glass crack pipe in plain view,” Macdaid said.
Bourgeois was taken to the Kennebec County Correctional Facility in Augusta, his bail set at $30,000 cash.
Bourgeois’ arraignment is scheduled for July 25 at Kennebec County Superior Court in Augusta.
