I recently read in the KJ that ISO New England, who manage the New England power grid, are predicting potential brown-outs and possible black-outs if we have a long-term cold snap this winter.

I wonder if Tom Saviello and all those voters who shut out that cheap hydropower from Canada are OK with brown-outs and black-outs in the middle of the coldest part of this winter? I am willing to bet that many would change their vote if the shivering starts.
