We so often don’t take the time to acknowledge all the good things that happen and the people who make them happen.

In recent weeks we’ve had two major storms that dumped a lot of snow. I woke up dreading having to take care of it and thinking how nice it would be if someone came along and helped us out.

While my husband and I were working on getting the driveway cleared, Dave of Mathieu’s Fitness & Cycle came over with his heavy snowblower and cleared the worst of the snow. Then with the next big storm he helped out again.

As seniors we are thankful to have a neighbor who went above and beyond. So a big thank-you, Dave. You certainly made our job less painful.
