Bossov Ballet Theatre of Pittsfield, an assembly of high school students recognized for their exceptional prowess in classical dance, plans to return to the Waterville Opera House, 1 Common St., Dec. 8-10 with a timeless interpretation of the “The Nutcracker.”

Performances are set for 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 2 p.m. Saturdya and Sunday.
Under the guidance of Artistic Director Natalya Getman, Bossov Ballet Theatre at Maine Central Institute distinguishes itself as a bastion of classical dance, delivering performances that are both technically skilled and artistically compelling. Getman continues to infuse fresh choreography into this classic tale, ensuring that this beloved tradition remains captivating for audiences of all ages. Whether you’re a long-time fan or new to our production, you’ll discover exciting nuances that breathe new life into Tchaikovsky’s immortal score.

Tickets cost $33 for adults, and $28 for youth and seniors.
