AUGUSTA — The Rhythm Festival at Mill Park Pavilion is set for noon-5 p.m. Saturday, Aug 20.

The rain-or-shine festival will feature drumming and all things rhythmic; non-electric instruments are welcomed as well. Hoopers and Poi performers are invited to share their music.

The event aims to empower people through rhythm and music.
