As part of the Spectrum Community Center Assist program, Spectrum and the Waterville Area Habitat for Humanity volunteers took part at the morning opening ceremony kick-off of the Spectrum partnership with KVCAP on Saturday, Aug. 6, in Waterville. Volunteers spent the day landscaping, painting, along with other exterior projects helping to provide a safe and revitalized physical space.
