SKOWHEGAN – George Skipper Cutten, 63, passed away unexpectedly Feb. 6, 2023. George was born in Sanford, on Feb. 8, 1959, to Nelson and Jean (Camire) Cutten.

George was a jack of all trades, he worked for many years in construction. He made a lot of his own furniture. He applied his knowledge and can-do attitude at his property in Cornville, where he was finishing building his own home. George enjoyed woodworking, antiquing, and spending time at the ocean. He loved spending time with his daughter, going on adventures together to the fair, beach trips; they even planned to go to Europe after she graduates.
George was predeceased by his mother Jean Bridges. He is survived by his father Nelson, daughter Olivia Grace Cutten; siblings, Sammy Cutten, Angelina Fournier, Kathleen Jones, and Marty Cutten; many nieces and nephews and friends.
There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
