I observe that a well-qualified presidential candidate with lifelong political experience in governing and diplomacy, an entourage of knowledgeable, experienced people surrounding them, including an ex-president, plus countless, other experienced advisors, was passed over for a television personality exhibiting sociopathic and autocratic behaviors, with mafioso connections and with zero diplomatic and/or political experience — both qualities sorely needed by such a brash young country as America in the world order of today. She was passed over solely due to her gender.

America wasn’t ready. I hope she is better prepared if/when another opportunity shows itself.
