SOUTH PARIS — Nationally recognized singer-songwriter Lyle Divinsky brings his blues roots, and R&B to McLaughlin Gardens for “Garden Illuminated,” its premier fundraiser of the season.
It will be held from 8-10 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 26, at 97 Main St. Door opens at 7 p.m. The event is rain or shine.
In addition to music, this event features more than 300 candles throughout the garden, creating an intimate and other-worldly experience under the stars to share with friends and family. Inside the barn, mix and mingle to live music, or wander through the paths and enjoy the magic of an illuminated late summer evening in Maine, according to a news release from McLaughlin Gardens.
There will be a cash bar featuring beer, wine, and specialty cocktails, as well as nonalcoholic beverages. Bring a chair or a blanket and help support the Garden’s mission to create a beautiful and healthy environment for our community.
All proceeds help sustain the McLaughlin Gardens and support its programs.
Limited seats are available for $25 each. Advance tickets are available at mclaughlingarden.org.
This event is sponsored by 290 Maine St. in Norway, Rooper Beverage and Redemption, Geary Brewing, and Eighteen Twenty Brewing.
