Augusta school needs to return to the core principles of learning. I am a graduate of the Augusta school system. I went to Hussey elementary school and graduated from Cony High School in 1990. I am proud of the education I received and I loved my time there. I appreciate the educators that I had that invested in my learning.
Things have changed a little since I was in school. We have strayed away from the core curriculum of mathematics, reading, writing, and science. We have gone to a politically driven curriculum.
That is why I am supporting Aaron Kregenow for school board. He wants students to learn the needed materials, rather than a radical, politically driven curriculum. I hope you will join me in supporting Aaron Kregenow for school board.
