We are writing to support the candidacy of our neighbor, Susan Parks, for Augusta School Board in Ward 2.

We have known Susan for many years through our church in Augusta and have worked alongside her as a volunteer during public suppers for the unhoused community. She has offered her talents to many local advocacy groups and would make an excellent school board member. Her attention to detail, curiosity and research skills will help her make sound decisions.

As a former teacher and educational consultant, Susan cares deeply about the quality of education for all of Augusta’s children and youth. She has our full support.
