Since moving to Waterville a year ago I’ve experienced: 1.) Almost ongoing construction on Main Street, resulting in a nearly un-drivable road. There is not enough room on that street for two lanes of parking and two lanes of traffic. It is a mess. If there were traffic engineers who devised that plan they were not up to the job. 2.) Last week the city watched as many parked cars floated away from a parking lot in the middle of the city! I don’t know who is in charge of the department where cars do not float away but they too were clearly asleep at the wheel.
Good luck in the future if the city keeps heading down this path to chaos.
