ARRESTS
IN AUGUSTA, on Thursday at 9 p.m., Jacob B. Lorance, 30, of Augusta, was arrested on a charge of violating his probation and issued summonses on charges of theft of lost property and stealing drugs after an investigation on Water Street.
SUMMONS
IN AUGUSTA, on Thursday at 7:42 a.m., a 44-year-old Sidney man was issued a summons on a charge of passing a stopped school bus after a traffic complaint at the intersection of State Street and Winthrop Street.
