IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Saturday at 11:59 p.m., Chelsea Meagan Clements, 22, of Plymouth, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence and two counts of violating the conditions of release and held on a motion to revoke bail on previous charges.
3:29 p.m., John Edward Vautier, 41, of Harmony, was arrested on a charge of fugitive from justice.
Sunday at 12:07 a.m., Richard James Courtney, 30, of Fairfield, was arrested on warrants for unpaid fines and failure to appear.
IN WATERVILLE, Saturday at 7:15 p.m., John O’Connor, 54, of Waterville, was arrested on Drummond Avenue on a charge of violating the conditions of release.
Sunday at 1:25 a.m., Rafael Rodriguez Torres, 36, of Nashua, New Hampshire, was arrested on The Concourse on charges of operating under the influence and operating without a license.
