NORTH ANSON — Carrabec High School has announced its top 10 graduating seniors for the class of 2019.

Honor parts are listed first, followed by the other top seniors, listed alphabetically.

Honor parts:

Lillian Johnson, valedictorian, is a student who is a strong influential leader in the school, according to a news release from the school. With a grade point average of 99.97, she has completed four Advanced Placement classes, three honors classes and six dual enrollment classes.

Johnson plans to attend the University of Maine at Farmington to major in secondary education. She is the daughter of Wayne and Kim Johnson, of Solon.

Lauren Rafferty, salutatorian, is a very bright and successful student, always will to help those in need, according to the release. She has a grade point average of 99.72, completing five Advanced Placement classes, six honors classes, as well as, three dual enrollment classes.

She plans to attend Kennebec Valley Community College for medical assistant. She is the daughter of Leonard and Shawna Rafferty, of North Anson.

Alphabetically:

Lilyana Aloes is the daughter of Charity Fletcher, of North Anson, and Charles Aloes, of Solon. She plans to attend the University of Maine at Augusta for the dental hygiene program.

Lauren Chestnut is the daughter of Shannon Tingley, of North Anson, and Jerry Chestnut, of Madison. She plans to attend the University of New England for the dental hygiene program.

Madolynn Hughes is the daughter of Dulcie Welch, of North Anson. She plans to attend Kennebec Valley Community College in their radiology technician program.

Lindsay Lesperance is the daughter of Tracy Taylor, of Embden, and Sean Lesperance, of North Anson. She plans to attend KVCC for their nursing program and then on to the University of Maine at Augusta for her bachelor’s degree.

Brody Miller is the son of Blaine and Missy Miller, of Embden. He plans to attend the University of Maine at Orono for their civil engineering program.

Sidney Small is the daughter of Christopher Small, of North Anson, and Jaime Miller, of Skowhegan. She plans to attend Husson University in the exercise science and physical therapy program.

Makayla Vicneire is the daughter of Paul and Heidi Vicneire, of Embden. She plans to attend the University of Southern Maine enrolled in their biology program.

Chantel Whittemore is the daughter of Darren Whittemore, of Solon. She plans to attend Husson University in the pharmacy program.

Graduation is  scheduled for 7 p.m. Friday, June 7, in the Carrabec High School gymnasium, 160 North Main St.
