IN WATERVILLE, Friday, at 8:29 p.m., a 16-year-old juvenile was summoned on charges of shoplifting and minor possessing liquor, at Hannaford on Elm Plaza.
Saturday, at 1:12 a.m., Michaela Coutu, 19, of Crestwood Drive, was summoned on a charge of minor consuming liquor, on Crestwood Drive.

IN WATERVILLE, Friday, at 1:12 p.m., Victoria Sophia Stubbert, 28, of Oak Street, was arrested on a warrant, on the Concourse.
5:27 p.m., David Maxwell McCaslin, 72, of Clinton Avenue, Winslow, was arrested on a charge of violating condition of release, at Inland Hospital on Kennedy Memorial Drive.
