Arrests
IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 9:09 p.m., Dakota Durand, 20, of 8 Union St., No. 5, arrested on a warrant, on Union Street.
Thursday at 12:37 a.m., Sean Griffin, 18, of 816 Penn Estates East, Stroudsburg, Pa., arrested on a charge of operating without a license, at Elm Plaza.
