On Wednesday March 28, I was driving on Route 139 just south of Norridgewock in icy conditions and lost control of my car. I skidded off the road and rolled into some trees, and the car landed sideways. Seconds later, four men came running up and helped me climb up and out of the passenger door of the car. By the time I was done talking to the ambulance driver they had left and I was unable to thank them. Whoever you are, I want you to know how much I appreciated your help. I was so frightened and upset, and you were all so brave holding the car steady so it wouldn’t tip and helping me climb out. I am forever grateful for your kindness.
