SUBMERGED: Driver Shane Sours, 37, of Starks, stands on shore talking to wrecker operators who are pulling his 1992 Dodge Dakota out of a drainage ditch on Wednesday in West Gardiner. One person suffered minor injuries when the pickup truck skidded off Interstate 95 and ended up partially submerged. Maine State Police Trooper Niles Krech said the crash occurred around 1:45 p.m., when Sours blacked out briefly during a coughing attack while driving on the southbound off ramp at exit 103. The truck hit a guardrail and caromed down an embankment into the ditch. Krech said water flooded the truck to the seats inside the cab.
