Kudos to the University of Maine System for aggressively recruiting such talented people as Ellen Schneiter, Rebecca Wyke, Dick Thompson, Chip Gavin, Ryan Low and Elaine Clark.

In my own professional experience, and in the opinion of their professional peers, they are among the best of Maine in their respective areas of expertise, including financial management, information technology, facilities management, and public policy.

All are bright, dedicated to the public good and hard-working. The university is fortunate to have their talent as it faces difficult financial challenges in the years ahead.
