Arrests
IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 10:40 a.m., Reginald A. Vigue, 57, of Kennedy Memorial Drive, arrested on a charge of operating after suspension and illegal attachment, on Elm Street.
IN WINSLOW, Wednesday at 3:52 p.m., Kristin Lee Layton, 42, of 4 Bellevue St., Apt. 1, arrested on a warrant, on Bellevue Street.
