FAIRFIELD — Winners at the Elm City Bridge Club Aug. 31 were Karen Torrey and Barbara Terhune.

Ed and Joyce Rushton placed second, Di Bishop and Ken Harvey placed third, and Suzon Morrison and David Bourque placed fourth.

The club meets at noon every Tuesday at the Elks Lodge, Industrial Road in Waterville. Participants are asked to bring their own partner.
