AUGUSTA — No. 2 Rangeley held on to beat No. 6 Vinalhaven 54-46 Thursday to earn a berth in the Western D regional final.
The Lakers improve to 18-2 and advances to play in the regional final at 1:05 p.m. Saturday.
Tori Letarte scored 12 points, while Emily Carrier added 10 for Rangeley.
