SOUTH CHINA — Three different Eagles found the back of the cage as Erskine earned its first win of the season, beating Winslow 3-2 in field hockey action Wednesday.
Hannah Mackin-Cohen, Bryanna Barrett and Grace Hutchins scored for Erskine (1-2), while teammates Reese Sullivan and Lilly Clark assisted. Keeper McKenzie Toner had six saves.
Sabrina York scored both goals for Winslow (1-2), while Lainey Bell had eight saves in goal.
HALL-DALE 0, MOUNTAIN VALLEY 0: Jade Graham made 10 saves in goal for Hall-Dale (1-0-1) in a scoreless draw with Mountain Valley (1-1-1) in Farmingdale.

WATERVILLE 3, LAWRENCE 2: Mara von Oesen scored two goals to spark the Purple Panthers to the win in Fairfield.
Jade Howard and Allie Anich added a goal apiece for Waterville (2-0-) while Lexi Van Der Westhuyzen made 12 saves.
Zoie Ward and Desiree Clement scored for Lawrence (0-2). Zoe Hutchins stopped 15 shots.
MT. ARARAT 3, MESSALONSKEE 0: Julianna Allen had a goal and an assist as Mt. Ararat (2-0) shut out Messalonskee (0-2) in Topsham.
Ava Hanson and Ella Bergeron also scored for Mt. Ararat, while Islah Godo added an assist.
Kaleigh Lennon had eight saves in goal for Mt. Ararat, while Messalonskee counterpart Carol Westhoff stopped 10 shots.
BOYS SOCCER
WATERVILLE 6, LAWRENCE 0: Garrett Gendreau scored four goals as the Panthers (1-1) shut out the Bulldogs (1-1) in Lawrence.
Ethan Goodrich added a goal and an assist for Waterville, and Tom Labbe also scored. Sam Weschler and Gabe Dedano each assisted for the Panthers, while keeper Alex Smite made five saves.
