Waterville has issued a downtown winter parking ban for Wednesday, Jan. 25.
The city asks that the Concourse and downtown be kept clear of parking from midnight to 6 a.m. to allow for snow clean up by the Public Works department.
Overnight parking is permitted at the Head of Falls Municipal Parking Lot.
