FAIRFIELD — Ben Foster got the win on the mound and had a double, two singles and an RBI at the plate Monday as the Waterville baseball team earned a key 5-1 Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class B win over Lawrence.

Spencer Minihan (two singles, RBI) and Chris Nawfel (two singles) also had multi-hit games for Waterville (7-5). Wyatt Gradie added a double.

Ben Ryder took the loss for Lawrence (9-3).

 

CONY 11, OCEANSIDE 0 (6 INNINGS): Kam Douin struck out 13 batters and allowed just two hits as the Rams cruised to the win in Rockland.

Parker Morin hit a home run as part of a two-hit effort for Cony (11-1). The Rams also got two hits each from Jordan Benedict and Davis Kibler.

Dominic Frisone had two hits for Oceanside (8-4).

 

BELFAST 12, WINSLOW 2: Eli Veilleux had a double, two singles and three RBIs to lead the Lions to the win in Winslow.

Veilleux also earned the pitching win while Bobby Banks added two singles and two RBIs for Belfast (4-9).

Izaiah Costigan took the loss for the Black Raiders (0-12).

ERSKINE 4, MORSE 2: Tristan Anderson belted a home run, a single and drove in three runs to lead the Eagles to the win in South China.

Grady Hotham added two doubles for the Eagles (7-5) while Beck Jorgensen had two singles.

Calin Gould had two singles for Morse (5-7).

 

MT. ABRAM 10, CARRABEC 0: Three Roadrunners pitchers combined on a five-inning no-hitter in a win in Salem Township.

Kaden Pillsbury pitched the first three innings, then Logan Dube and Bryce Wilcox each dealt for a frame for the Roadrunners (8-3).

Mt. Abram opened its scoring with a six-run third. Trey Pease drove in the first two runs. The Roadrunners added four in the fourth to bring the 10-run rule into play. Kaden Pillsbury tripled and Tucker Plouffe doubled in the game for Mt. Abram.

Connor Peabody gave up six hits in four innings for Carrabec (1-8).

 

LISBON 15, MADISON 1: Levi Tibbetts pitched a one-hitter while collecting three hits of his own at the plate to lead the Greyhounds to the win in five innings in Lisbon.

Tibbetts had one of Lisbon’s (8-3) two doubles and also singled twice while driving in five runs and scoring three. On the mound, he walked one batter and struck out 11 in five innings.

Jack Ramich had the other Greyhound double and also singled. Keeghan Morrissette also had a pair of hits, while Aiden Parker drove in four runs and Cody Osmond added two RBIs.

Xavier Estes had the lone hit for Madison (3-8), which scored its run in the top of the first inning. Deacon Morton struck out four on the mound, and Jayden Horton punched out three more in relief.

 

MONMOUTH 12, HALL-DALE 2: Sammy Calder made big contributions on the mound and at the plate in the Mustangs’  six-inning victory  in Monmouth.

Calder pitched five innings, striking out six and allowing two hits, both in the first inning, to earn the win. He also hit a triple and two doubles.

“He had fun,” Monmouth (11-1) coach Eric Palleschi said.

Matt Marquis also had three hits for Monmouth and drove in two runs. Owen Harding, who had one of the Mustangs’ four doubles, and Brandon Smith also contributed two RBIs apiece. Kyle Palleschi had a triple and a single and Luke Harmon doubled.

Keegan Cary and Eben Austin each hit a double for Hall-Dale (4-8). Starting pitcher Ben Nathan struck out three batters in three innings and reliever Cody Dupont fanned one in three innings.

 

OAK HILL 22, BOOTHBAY/WISCASSET 0: Kyle Delano homered and doubled and pitched the first three innings to help power the Raiders to a win in Boothbay Harbor.

Cooper Spencer had three of Oak Hill’s (10-2) nine hits, and Zak Bean matched Delano with two. Delano drove in four runs, Spencer tallied three RBI, and Ethan Vattaso and Grayson Letourneau each recorded two.

Trent Drouin pitched the final two innings, striking out three while giving up two hits. Delano punched out five and allowed two hits.

Boothbay/Wiscasset fell to 3-8.

WINSLOW 5, BELFAST 4: The Black Raiders scored twice in the bottom of the sixth inning to earn the win in Winslow.

Emma Michaud had two doubles and two singles to lead Winslow (4-7).

Belfast fell to 6-7.

LINCOLN 18, ERSKINE 11: Marley LeBel scored nine goals and added two assists, and Mariam DeLisle had six goals and one assist to lead Lincoln Academy (8-2) over Erskine Academy (4-8) at Newcastle.

Belle Pelotte led Erskine with six goals.
