Hospice event set for June 14 at Vassalboro's Fieldstone Gardens.

VASSALBORO — The 17th Annual Garden Party to benefit Hospice Volunteers of Waterville Area will be held Saturday, June 14, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Fieldstone Gardens, Quaker Lane. Garden Party guests of all ages can enjoy gardening workshops and tours, children's activities, building fairy houses, live music, artisan wares and a buffet gourmet luncheon.

Fieldstone Gardens will offer plant specials throughout the day. A free Hosta ‘Pacific

Blue Edger’ will be given to the first 100 guests (18 years and older).

All proceeds will benefit Hospice Volunteers of Waterville Area. Admission cost $5 per person, which includes Fairy Feast lunch for children 12 years and younger). A gourmet lunch is available for $10. To preregister and be eligible for hourly door prizes, call 873-3615.
