FARMINGDALE — Gracie Farrell’s second-half goal snapped a tie and was enough to give Maranacook a 3-1 win over Hall-Dale in girls soccer action Tuesday.
Parula Clark opened the scoring with a goal for Hall-Dale (1-2-0) before Maranacook’s Natalie Mohlar scored to make it a 1-1 game at halftime.
The Black Bears’ (2-0-0) Phoebe Bell added an insurance goal following Mohler’s score.
CARRABEC 2, LISBON 0: Molly Hay and Leah Price each had a goal and an assist as the Cobras (2-0) earned the shutout win in Lisbon.
Carrabec keeper Macie Plourde made six saves.
Lisbon fell to 0-2.
MONMOUTH ACADEMY/WINTHROP 7, SPRUCE MOUNTAIN 1: Sophomore Abby St. Claire led the Mustangs (1-1) with two goals and an assist in the win in Monmouth.
Izzy Hamann also had a pair of goals in the victory. Riley Smith and Tarynn Keleher each had a goal and two assists. Annabelle Carlton also scored and Abby Atwood had an assist.
June Foyt sopped three saves for Monmouth.
Adria McHugh had the lone goal for Spruce Mountain (0-2) and Tyoaka Hodgkin made 26 saves in goal.
BUCKFIELD 3, OAK HILL 0: Cora Brewster found the back of the net twice and added an assist as the Bucks (2-0) defeated the Raiders (1-1) in Buckfield.
Chloe Bennett also scored for Buckfield while Brittney Carrier had a pair of assists. Kianna Finnegan made five saves for the shutout.
Kenzie Vattaso turned aside six shots for Oak Hill.
MOUNTAIN VALLEY 3, MT. ABRAM 2: Jaden Boulanger’s last-second goal forced overtime, and the Falcons prevailed on Emma Koch’s extra-session goal in Salem Township.
Mt. Abram (0-2-0) scored twice late in the second half to take a 2-1 lead. McKenzie Contreras netted the equalizer with 5:59 remaining in the game, then Autumn Polk scored the go-ahead tally with 2:29 remaining.
Mountain Valley (1-1-0) moved the ball upfield in the final minute, and Boulanger booted a shot into the goal with one second remaining in regulation. Koch ended the game 2:58 into overtime.
Mountain Valley’s Paisley Clukey scored the match’s first goal with about 29 minutes remaining in the second half.
Falcons goalie Kloee Pelletier stopped eight shots, while Jany Pepin made six saves and Ruthie Gusler five for Mt. Abram.
LEAVITT 8, CONY 0: Nola Boutaugh and Michaela Harrington each scored twice for the Hornetsin their win in Augusta.
Carina Castanga added a goal and two assists, while Kylee Spugnardi chipped in a goal and an assist and Maddy Madore and Abby Sirois tallied a goal apiece for Leavitt (1-1-0).
Hornets goalie Jamie Ellis made four saves for the shutout, while Emma Robbins stopped eight shots for Cony (0-2-0).
BOYS SOCCER
LEAVITT 4, CONY 2: Brayden Greenlaw scored a goal and set up two others in the Hornets’ victory in Turner.
Logan Berube and Bradley Dupile each contributed a goal and an assist, and Colin Schlobohm scored one goal. Leavitt (1-1-0) goalie Vanya Bezhenar stopped five shots.
Martin Ferrusco scored both Cony (1-1-0) goals. Ethan Trask made five saves.
MT. BLUE 1, BANGOR 0: Jose Gutierrez scored in the second half for the Cougars (2-0) in a KVAC victory in Bangor.
Chase Ranger stopped seven shots for the shutout, while Bangor (0-2) keeper Jasper Sparks turned aside six shots.
VALLEY 8, SPRUCE MOUNTAIN 1: Valley (1-1) scored seven first-half goals in the victory at Jay.
Harry Louis led the attack with two goals. Jared Ricker, Collin Nichols, Caleb Miller and Levi short added goals.
Jonathan Hines scored for Spruce Mountain (0-2). It was set up by Wyatt Foss.
